Beginner Pilates Classes

Starting on 21st January 2026, we’re offering a 6-week block of beginner clinical mat Pilates classes, thoughtfully designed to help you get started in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.


Each session focuses on building strong foundations, improving posture, mobility, and core strength, while being guided by physio lead instructors to ensure correct technique and injury-aware movement.


No prior experience is required—just a willingness to move and learn. By the end of the block, you’ll have a solid understanding of the fundamentals and feel confident continuing your Pilates journey.
